Marking a shift in the retail outlet industry, the 530,000 sf Fashion Outlets of Chicago features professionally curated and highly-interactive visual arts into the architectural framework of the project. Contemporary artists use escalators, entry vestibules and floor openings as their canvas elevating the shopper experience while extending dwell time. The result is a bright, imaginative retail setting that redefines the look and feel of the conventional outlet mall.
